VENTIS MARITIME CORPORATION has set officially to start MECQ working scheme on May 20, 2020 (Wednesday). To allow us to prepare and set up the office.
You are required to communicate with the person you will visit before reporting to the office. If you do not know their contact numbers, please message me.
You have to observe the following:
1.NO APPOINTMENT NO ENTRY
Proof of appointment prior to entry in the office.
You need to show proof that you have an appointment with the person you will visit. A text message/messenger message or e-mail that you are approved to report to them.
COMPANION will not be allowed.
2 NO FACE MASK NO ENTRY.
It is a must that you wear FACE MASK at all times..
3. You are required to bring EXTRA shoes or bring shoe covers. Because you have to leave your shoes (used outside) in the shoe rack provided at the entrance.
4. Practice Social Distancing at all times.
Wait for your number/name to be called by the person in-charge in the Seaman Lounge/waiting area.
SORRY for the inconvenience but REMEMBER these are safety measures for all of us to avoid being infected by the virus.
