Professional presentation is not only a company expectation but also a personal asset that strengthens your identity as maritime professionals. Dress Code Guidelines A. To maintain uniformity and professionalism, all seafarers are expected to observe the following: No wearing of earrings for male seafarers. No long hair for male seafarers; hair must be neat, clean, and properly groomed. No sports attire such as jogging pants, training shorts, slippers, or similar casual wear when reporting to the office or training center. Wear only proper attire—smart casual, polo t-shirt business, etc—when reporting to Ventis and affiliated facilities (KLMA, K-Line Clinic, etc).
